Schedule An Appointment

Most color appointments include blow dry and toner. Add ons services can be applied at a reduced price.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Deposit goes toward appointment and are non-refundable. We require at least a forty-eight (48) hour notification of all appointment cancellations or requests to reschedule. After 2 No-Show appointments. Client will have to pay for services in advance to be able to receive services. If you need to reschedule your appointment, as long as the 48 notice is given, your deposit may be applied to your next appointment at The Hair Tease. 

Appointment reminders are send to your email (72) hours in advance, and via text message (48) hours. If anything should change that you can not make your appointment you can respond back via email or text message.

We Accept all forms of Payments, but cash is appreciated.

Directions for appointment:

Though some client prefer to wash their hair before coming in. You do not need to wash your hair prior to appointment.

Due to time spent detangling hair before starting services. All clients must arrive with hair detangled and knot free. A fee of $35 will be charge to take out knots or unwanted tangles and build up.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minute before appointment time. A curtsey call or text would be appreciated if your are running late. We understand things happen, arriving 20-25 minutes after your scheduled time will result in having your appointment rescheduled for a later time or day.

FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS & CHEMICAL SERVICES WE REQUIRE ALL PREVIOUS HAIR HISTORY DURING CONSULTATION . ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO HAIR FROM NOT PROVIDING PROPER INFORMATION WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.


•OVER-PROCESSED HAIR - BY REPEATEDLY LAYERING DYES OVER POROUS PRE-LIGHTENED HAIR.

•TAKING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION - THAT INADVERTENTLY ALTERS THE BONDS OF THE HAIR (METHOTREXATE, SULFA BASED MEDICATIONS).

•THERMAL DAMAG - OVER-USE OF HOT TOOLS.

•DAMAGE TO HAIR OR HAIR EXTENSIONS - WEEK POLICY: AFTER RECEIVING SERVICES ALL CLIENTS ARE GIVEN A WEEK FROM THE DATE OF THERE APPOINTMENT TO NOTIFY OF ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS TO RECEIVE POSSIBLE COMPENSATION. ALL OPPORTUNITIES PAST A WEEK FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE SERVICES ARE  FORFEITED AND DEEMED SATISFIED. AFTER HAIR INSTALLATION A 30 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF HAIR. ALL CLIENTS ARE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE CARE AND TREAT THE EXTENSIONS. THEREFORE, ANY DAMAGE PAST 30 DAYS, POST APPOINTMENT, RELEASES ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST AND THE HAIR TEASE SALON.

•USE OF METALLIC DYES, SALTS, OR MINERALS - (BOX COLOR) OR USE OF "OVER MINERALIZED WELL WATER" CHEMICALS MAY CAUSE NEGATIVE REACTION TO ENLIGHTENMENT SERVICE.

•USE OF HENNA OR VEGETABLE DYES - CHEMICALS MAY CAUSE NEGATIVE REACTION TO ENLIGHTENMENT SERVICES.

•PERMED OR RELAXED HAIR - CHEMICALS MAY CAUSE NEGATIVE REACTION TO ENLIGHTENMENT SERVICES.
